AI-Powered Home Service Matching
The home services market generates $600 billion annually, yet customer satisfaction (NPS) remains low. The company, Socratic System is looking for to leverage the power of AI to seamlessly connect users with the perfect home service providers, ensuring personalized matches tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
THE PROBLEM
How might we make the home service searching faster and more accurate?
Breezy needs to address two key users, The acutal "CUSTOMER" who is seeking service to fix his/her home and the "HANDYMAN" aka handyman who is providing the service.
So who are we designing for?
CUSTOMER: struggle with opaque home service options and inefficient communication, difficult to find the right provider quickly.
HANDYMAN: unaligned incentives, low-quality leads, and lack of contextual information make it difficult to prioritize or execute tasks efficiently.
Two main features
Breezy caters to two target audiences with two main features: a customer platform for those seeking home service providers and the Handyman AI Assistant, which helps handymen manage tasks and scheduling efficiently.

Handymen use Breezy's AI assistant to manage customer requests, communicate with clients, and schedule appointments efficiently.

Breezy connects customers with handymen and streamlines the process for handymen to review and accept tasks effortlessly.

Task management
Handymen and service providers can manage their tasks through Breezy, including handling incoming requests from customers.

FINAL DESIGN
1. Handyman receives SMS
Once a customer requests a service appointment, the handyman will receive an SMS notification with the details.

2. Review job details
Handymen can access the job details page via an SMS link to view the task description, photos, time, and location.

3. Provide estimation
If the handyman decides to accept the task, he/she will need to enter an estimation.

4. Choose availability
the handyman will also need to provide his/her availability based on the customer's given time frame.

4. Review task and appointment
The handyman reviews and provides all the task details, which are then shared with the customer.

5. Confirmation
Once submitted, the handyman will receive a confirmation.

1. If the handyman needs more information to make the decision.
Sometimes customers may not provide enough information, so handymen can request additional details directly from the customer.

2. Request more info confirmation
Breezy notifies the handyman that the requested information has been sent to the customer.
